This is hardly how you plan your own vacation.
Why? Because you know a plan will at least give you the best chance of having a spectacular time doing what you like because you are prepared and knowledgeable.
Yet, how often do you wake up on Monday morning, stuffed from a weekend of over eating and over drinking and decide you want to get your health back? What is your next step?
